The front door opens to a comfortable living room that includes a color TV with cable, DVD player, and VCR. The porch wraps around the three windowed sides of this room, as seen here.
One of three upstairs rooms, this bedroom is situated directly above the living room. It is furnished with two twin beds. Guests enjoy an ocean view from the window, while the second-floor deck offers a nice view of the water and passing boats. Below, a one-minute walk brings you to the bluff; a one-minute hike down the cliff brings you to a small beach with a jetty -- the perfect spot for a quick dip or a few moments of solitude.
The same upstairs bedroom, with the window at your back. Crossing the landing at the top of the stairs brings you to the middle bedroom (one twin bed) with its walk-out deck. From there it's two steps down to the far bedroom (two twin beds), which can also be reached by a back staircase.
The 3rd bedroom, which overlooks the backyard. A narrow back staircase leads from the dining room (below) to this room.
The dining room seats six comfortably (the table accepts add'l leaves). Shown at right is the staircase leading to the third upstairs bedroom.
A view of Nantucket Sound from the deck. Accessed from the middle upstairs bedroom, the deck is great for viewing passing boats or enjoying cocktails.
